Launch evening

We're moving out!

And that's why we invite you 📅 November 26th to a launch night for the campaign “Every buck helps” — with light snacks, presentation and the opportunity to ask questions.

In the spring of 2026, Uppsala University of Technology and Science will leave our home since 1995 — the Uthgård Union House. It marks the end of a chapter, but also the beginning of a new one. A future in which our business will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the future in larger premises that will also be better adapted for our business.

But, as always, there is a big “But-”
Anyone who's ever moved knows it's not free. To be able to move into the new premises will require renovations, installation of kitchens, study spaces, meeting rooms and office space for our 11 full-time employees.

👉 Therefore, in November we are launching the campaign “Every buck helps” — a donation campaign aimed at alumni and companies. The name is a pun with our mascot - the buck 🐐. Donating is not only contributing to the future — you are also a part of it. Just as in 1995, when generous donors of that time had their names engraved on a brass plaque in Uthgård's entrance, we are now planning for an even larger painting in the new house.

We hope that even though a donation may not be forthcoming from you or your organization, you will still want to come and support us by attending and spreading the word about our campaign and move!
