The management team consists of 11 students who work full-time at UTN with offices in the Uthgård union house. They work with monitoring of student interests, business contacts, information and Uthgård's party activities.

The Board of Uppsala Union of Engineering and Science Students consists of the President, Vice president and five board members, who ensure that the board's decisions are realised and plan for the future of the union.
